On Thursday, March 8, the members played 16 ends of mixed social night bowls. The top green had the players fooled and it took a while for us to adjust to the strong head wind from the south combined with the fast green.
Two teams came in with 10 ends and the winners were determined by the largest margin on a count back. They were: D Shields, D Firth and A Page. The R/U was: N Mayoh, L Tavener and D Hickey . . .
