PHOTO: Stella Hotchkiss & Betty Bunner had the honour of cutting the centenary cake.
A reunion was held two weekends ago at ‘Anawa’ on the Goorianawa Road, Baradine, to celebrate 100 years of settlement in Baradine by the families of the Bunner and Hotchkiss families.
They settled the properties Woodbine, Brendly Park and Anawa in 1924.
Charles Bunner sailed out to Australia in 1915 and the following year he married Eliza Hannah Powell (also of Worthen) on the 1st of May 1916 at Torryburn, Gresford (near Maitland).
