However, on Thursday 25 September there was Mixed Bowls over 12 ends with the wind from the Southwest and the green running at 16 seconds.
On rink 1 Craig Pearson and sub Cindy Parsons, Jenny Murray and Robert Smith played Sue Albert, Jarrod Page and Allan Albert with both teams finding their rhythm early and after five ends they were tied 3 all.
