The 2025 debutante girls are wearing in their dancing slippers and perfecting their twirls for their debutante ball in just a few weeks time on 8 November.
This year there are eight girls partaking in their debut ball, and with the special night only two short weeks away, they have been working extra hard to ace their symbolic entrance into adulthood.
They practise their coming-out dance every Thursday afternoon with their partners at either the St Barnabas Hall or the Bowling Club, taught by Dianne Pennell, who has volunteered to teach the ball dance . . .
