Coonamble man charged after vicious assaultA 33-year-old man has been charged and remains in custody after a violent incident on Saturday 5 August which left a 53-year-old man with swelling to his face and head. The 53-year-old man told police he was seated at the Coonamble Bowling Club at around 10 pm on Saturday when he was punched and kicked multiple times by another patron.
