WHAT a whirlwind opening week it was for the Coonamble Golf Club’s new Chinese restaurant; five-hundred and fifty meals, a phone ringing off the hook, and a human’s worth of rice cooked up and served over just a six-day period.
However, it hasn’t been without its challenges, and like with any new business in any new facility there are always bound to be teething issues . . .
