The leader of the Coonamble Aboriginal Health Service (CAHS) says they are tackling suicide head on as the service launches trademarks on two slogans.
Around 50 people gathered at the Coonamble Showground Pavillion for the launch on Wednesday 10 September, most of them representing local services and the NSW government.
CEO Phil Naden said the "symbolic" day was about being more explicit on suicide and bringing it front of mind, particularly in Aboriginal communities.
