LAST week's Child Protection Week was planned to be a colourful event in Coonamble.
Perhaps you noticed staff in local businesses and services wearing brightly coloured clothes or shopfronts decorated with bright balloons?
The enduring message of Child Protection Week is that protecting children is everybody's business.
"The theme of this year's event was 'Play Your Part'," said Mackillop Rural Services’ Treena Ellis. "This is why we wanted businesses on board."
