Hundreds of spectators took part over the long weekend in what may be the final October Carnival as the local greyhound track stares down the potential end of an era.
Spectators travelled from as far as Melbourne and Brisbane to watch 58 races on three days between 4-7 October, with Orange breeder Cameron Hallinan and friends landing in a helicopter in the rodeo carpark area between the racecourse and the Castlereagh Highway.
Up to around 150 spectators attended the Friday night races.
