Long-serving local health staff Jan Arrowsmith, Jillian Thurston, and Teresa Stanford unveiled a plaque to commemorate the Stolen Generation on Friday 31 May at the Coonamble Multipurpose Health Centre.
Western NSW Local Health District installed plaques to commemorate survivors of the Stolen Generations in all 45 hospitals, health facilities and community health centres starting on Friday 24 May.
The installations are expected to be completed in all facilities by 7 June.
