Newly arrived and newly engaged to fiancé Ryan Matthews, Lucy Panuccio says she's keen to get involved in town life.
Lucy is one of the freshest teachers at Coonamble Public School, while Ryan has taken up a post at Coonamble High.
The two have so far settled into something of a routine, watching the sunset by Warrena Weir or simply sharing drinks in the afternoon.
