New to Coonamble, Margot Leeson Smith has joined the team as a General Practitioner at Coonamble's Ochre Health Clinic.
Dr Leeson Smith moved to town on Sunday 8 February with her partner Jac Lefebvre and hit the ground running for her first day at the surgery on the following Monday.
She was raised in rural Queensland, so Coonamble will not be her first rodeo out west.
Born and raised in Longreach, she moved to Brisbane when she began high school, and her passion for healthcare came shortly after.
