The Australian wool market rebounded from losses in the previous series, recording overall gains across both selling days as the Eastern Market Indicator (EMI) closed the week 12 cents higher at 1,677c/kg.
A total of 38,736 bales were offered, 4,846 fewer than the previous sale.
Of these, 37,466 bales sold, with just 3.3 per cent failing to meet reserve, indicating seller confidence at current market levels.
