LAST Wednesday 25 May the lady golfers played the state event of the Veterans Ladies Championships in conjunction with the Monthly Club Medal over 18 holes. This week the course was mown with only a couple of hairy places to navigate. Apart from this the ladies enjoyed the sunny weather.
The Country Veterans Championships had no Division 1 winner this year. The winner of the Country Veterans and Champion in Division 2 was Pam Goldsmith with a scratch score of 92 and a nett of 73.
