THE predictions that COVID-19 global travel restrictions could be a boon for regional tourism operators seems to be coming true for Anne Cullen's farmstay east of Coonamble.
"We've been heavily booked ever since the government said people could travel to the regions," Mrs Cullen said. "We've had a Sydney couple escaping from their high-stress corporate lives and people from overseas who were already in Australia.
