FMD and Lumpy skin disease are dominating the headlines.
There is concern about the government’s lack of action in controlling these diseases from entering our country, but finally we are seeing extensive press, and the government is implementing extra border protection.
There is a lot of different information out there on the chance of these diseases entering Australia and in what form.
Whilst the borders remain open to the general public there is a risk no matter how little the chance may be, it is still a chance.
