SEVEN years is a long time in one job these days but Jade Shields has notched it up in her role as Family Worker in Coonamble.
Jade started with Mackillop Rural Community Services when she was just nineteen but this week she will pack up her house and son, four year old Blake, and make the move to Dubbo for the next stage of her career.
