A LOCAL resident taking a walk recently came across a number of discarded ‘party packs’ alongside the Smith Park Riverwalk track.
The walker, who has asked not to be named, said that they were just over the concrete levee alongside the playing fields at the southern end of Smith Park.
“I hadn’t seen any for quite a while but there were quite a few of them on the river side of the levee up past the netball courts . . .
