Hundreds of people took part in last Thursday’s NAIDOC Community Fun Day at Coonamble Sportsground aimed at promoting unity in the community.
Despite last week’s rain causing concern over whether it would go ahead on 26 September, organisers from the Coonamble Local Aboriginal Lands Council were very pleased with the day and the widespread support of local residents.
