NSW Governor Margaret Beazley rolled into Coonamble from Warren just before 3pm last Thursday 19 June and hit the ground running.
Her first stop was the Outback Arts Gallery where she met local artists, arts administrators, Mayor Dan Keady, and local students.
She caught the Material Girls' quilt display, this year's Waste to Art Exhibition and works by other local artists.
"Everybody you meet is interesting in their own way," Governor Beazley said at Outback Arts.
