Well the rain event that was to get 2026 rocking for Coonamble and districts…. Didn’t rock!!
All’s not lost of course, but a slight reprieve would be much appreciated to take some pressure off everyone.
Its not all doom and gloom as most markets are quite buoyant from a grazing point of view!
The Mutton market is still very strong and most export processors have $7.50/kg posted on the board with saleyard market analysits consistently quoting $7.30- $8.30/kg HSCW.
This is helping the producer . . .
