More than 20 people grabbed a racket and headed to Coonamble tennis courts for one of the local club's biggest social hits in recent years.
The group, aging from 20s to grey and white hair, filled all four newly-resurfaced courts over nearly two hours on Monday evening 16 February.
It was the first of the weekly social tennis sessions agreed to at the Wanderers Tennis Club’s first meeting for 2026, held just last Thursday 12 February.
