Coonamble growers will pick up pointers on how to better establish their crops during an expert-led Winter Planter Setup Workshop on 9 March.
A panel of more than half a dozen researchers and agronomists will present a jam-packed program covering seed testing, seed quality, farm safety, financial considerations for machinery upgrades and acquisitions, and operating air carts and planter bars.
The free event will take place on property ‘Warrington’ at about 45 kilometres north of Coonamble on the Castlereagh Highway.
