This Friday 13 March marks the last day of duty at the Coonamble Times for journalist Oliver (River) McCrossen.
After two years traversing the shire capturing stories and photographs, River will be moving on, taking some time to plan his next career move while spending time overseas - although his immediate plans are currently 'up in the air' thanks to the war in the Middle East.
Born and raised in Sydney's northern suburbs, River came to Coonamble from Wollongong where he'd graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism.
