It was International Womens Day on Sunday where the women of the world are celebrated.
WeatherWell, after months of no rain the skies finally opened during the week with a couple of days with small falls of 0.5mm and 2.5mmm.
It rained about 11mm on Friday afternoon and then on Saturday amounts up to 37mm fell which was really welcomed by farmers and townies as well and certainly the lawns loved it.
