Coonamble is set to strengthen its community connections with the introduction of a new role dedicated to welcoming newcomers.
The role is part of the expanding Regional Development Australia Orana Welcome Experience program.
Announced on 29 April, Regional Development Australia Orana confirmed that Coonamble will be among eight local government areas to host a part-time “Welcomer.”
