Making a National Research Collaboration on ways to improve outcomes for communities disproportionately affected by cancer can only be a very creditable and timely idea.
According to research, people living in regional and remote areas are 1.2 times more likely to die from cancer than their major city counterparts.
More than half a million dollars ($770,000) is to be set aside by the NSW Government to help close this gap…
