Cobar Councillors have enacted its Housing strategy for 2026 knowing it wants more homes for the LGA.
Councillors pushed to fast track housing at its Thursday April 2026 meeting with councillor Nigel Vagg wanting more immediate action.
‘’We have to pull out all stops to get this happening.’’ he said.
