Tuesday BowlsLast Tuesday 19th May was the start of all winter bowls with a freezing morning of 12 ends of bowls with only one game of pairs played.
The freezing northerly wind kept some bowlers at home. The green was running in between 16 and 17 seconds.
On rink 1 Jenny Murray and Christopher Swansborough played Allan Albert and Sue Albert with both teams on their game early and after 4 ends Allan and Sue were leading 8/5.
