Choir brings Western Plains schools together in Baradine

On June 16th, 2026, eight enthusiastic girls from Coonamble Public School travelled to Baradine for a memorable choir event - “Voices of the Western Plains”.

They joined students from several other regional schools, including Quambone Public School, Baradine Central School, Gwabeger Public School, Pilliga Public School, Tooraweenah Public School, and Coonabarabran Public School and High School.

Altogether, nearly 120 students participated in the choir, filling Baradine’s local hall with music and joy.

Coonamble Public School’s journey began at 9:20am with Miss Prentice at the wheel and Miss Cunningham, alongside principal Miss . . .
