Country coffee drinkers still prefer dairy, despite rise of plant milks

While oat, almond and soy milks have become increasingly common on café menus and in supermarket trolleys, it appears country coffee drinkers are still sticking with the real thing.

And, when it comes to health, it's the smart choice.

New research from Edith Cowan University suggests cow's milk remains nutritionally superior to many plant-based alternatives, but in the Western Plains, customers seem to have reached that conclusion long before the scientists.
