The 2026 Coonamble Poultry Show brought in the fanciest feathered friends to the Showground on Saturday 4 July, with the most packed pavilion the committee has ever seen.
Member Chris Buckley said over 576 chickens, ducks, waterfowl and other funky birds were on display at the annual show.
Volunteers built more cages to fit extra exhibitors in the pavilion this year.
"There were so many entrants this year," he said.
"Spots were full three weeks after we called for nominations*."
