Kathryn Larkin will step into Gilgandra Shire Council’s top job next week, capping a steady rise through the organisation from community engagement to Interim General Manager.
Ms Larkin has been appointed to the role following the resignation of David Neeves, and will officially take up the position on 31 July while Council undertakes a formal recruitment process for a permanent General Manager.
