Students studying health courses from Coonamble, Gilgandra and Narromine have received funding to assist with their studies in a collaborative effort from Country Education Foundation (CEF) and Three Rivers Department of Rural Health (DRH) Charles Sturt University.
The two organisations combined forces to provide $95,000 in financial support for students studying health courses, agreeing increased financial pressures are hitting rural and remote students hard with the rising cost of living, fuel prices and for many the impacts of drought across their regions…
