Federal funding shift proposal ruffles state and local government feathers

The Country Mayors Association of NSW (CMA) is bracing for battle over the Federal Government’s proposed changes to the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) which would result in the Government substantially reducing the financial contribution it makes to disasters that occur in NSW.
