Most of us will take a little while to work off our holiday flab but Abigail (Abi) Nordberg (nee Regan) decided to trot along the 10 kilometre Sydney Morning Herald Sun Run on Saturday 2 February to see how her fitness levels had held up.
Turns out 2019 is off to a pretty good start for Abi, a former Coonamble girl whose parents Mark and Lyndy Regan still live on their property near Combara.
