A talented sketcher as a teenager, Alison Cosgrove (nee Parsons) left Coonamble to go nursing when she was 18 years old and has lived in the Warren district since 1960.
This week she brought a small exhibition back to her home-town showcasing just nineteen of the hundreds of paintings she’s completed since taking up art at the age of 40.
