A new trial is rolling out in regional NSW to test expanding community transport eligibility to help transport disadvantaged people access education, training and employment.
Currently, community transport in Coonamble is provided by LiveBetter Community Services, a service available to transport disadvantaged people such as eligible seniors, pensioners, those with accessibility needs or those who have limited access to public transport.
Under the new trial, Transport for NSW will fund a total of 16 community transport providers, including LiveBetter, to expand eligibility to people with limited or no private or public transport access who need . . .
