Joint competition leaders Gidgee & Breelong both suffered defeats in the Bendigo Bank ABC Shield on the weekend.
Coonabarabran had a 45 run over Gidgee & Town Services enjoyed a 5 wicket victory over Breelong. In Coonabarabran the home side looked in trouble at 7/65 before their tail wagged brilliantly to post a very competitive 9/157 off their 40 overs.
Jack Ramage top scored with 29 batting at 10 & was well supported by Daniel Budden (25) @ 9 & Andrew Harris 21 batting at 8. Blattman, Finn & Page all took 2 wickets . . .
