After a decade at the helm of Gilgandra Shire Council, General Manager David Neeves is set to take on a new challenge, having accepted the top executive role with Mid-Western Regional Council.
Mr Neeves, who has led Gilgandra Shire Council since 2016, will leave in August to become General Manager of one of the larger regional councils in New South Wales, serving communities including Mudgee, Gulgong, Kandos and Rylstone.
Gilgandra Shire Council announced this week that Mr Neeves had tendered his resignation after ten years of service to the organisation and community. He will conclude his employment with Council on August 21…
