THE RULES have changed.
Coonamble Shire Council and the NSW Department of Primary Industries want all owners of companion animals to know that from 1 July 2019 new rules will apply for the selling or giving away a cat or dog.
Under the new rules giving away or gifting will have the same rules apply as selling.
