A PERSON from the Coonamble LGA has been arrested following a state-wide operation checking in on domestic violence (DV) offenders earlier this month.
Over 8000 proactive compliance checks were conducted across NSW as part of NSW Police's Operation Protector, which took place from Thursday 12 May to Saturday 14 May.
Throughout the operation, police undertook proactive compliance checks for both Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVOs) and bail compliance, engaging with high-risk domestic violence offenders, and liaising with victims identified through Domestic Violence Safety Action Meetings (DVSAM) to ensure their safety and welfare . . .
