The National Broadband Network (NBN) says more than 50 businesses and households have already connected to their full-fibre network in Coonamble since initial upgrades finished in late 2025.
At least 990 households and businesses now have access to Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) in Coonamble.
More to come
The nbn also says construction will begin “in the coming weeks” to provide access to 390 more premisses, which will continue through 2026.
FTTP has a fibre-optic line that connects all the way to a person’s property.
