A Gulargambone resident says she was left unable to call emergency services following a Telstra mobile outage in the town on Saturday 6 December.
Telstra says the signal was disrupted that evening from around 8pm to 9:30pm, but that the weekend calls happened outside the outage.
Wynter Phoenix said she struggled to reach Triple Zero (000) for more than two hours from about 8:10pm after her carer began having chest pains and needed medical help.
"I managed to get only the most basic information through to 000 before the call dropped . . .
