Saturday 1 August offered a jam packed football lineup at the Coonamble Sportsground with the Coonamble Bears women’s leaguetag and first grade sides playing the Gulgong Terriers, followed by the Coonamble Rams first grade side taking on the Warren Pumas in the last regular season round for both local clubs.
The league tag kicked off at 12:15pm, with a slow start from both the Bears and Terriers as they seemed to be testing out each other’s strengths and playing styles.
