A torn knee isn’t an ideal situation, but newcomer Anneka Jones has managed to turn it into a side hustle.
Looking to keep her mind active while she was out of action, Anneka turned to sewing.
She began creating “cowgirly” clothes like neck scarves, first for herself, then for friends.
“And then after that, I started selling them to strangers,” she said.
The 23-year-old has made makeup pouches, horse tail bags and other wares she sells online between studying and working in admin at Coonamble Feedlot.
