ONE of Coonamble Shire Council's latest recruits, Darren Osborn arrived from Newcastle on 22 June.
Born and bred in Maitland, Mr Osborn has spent most of his life in the Hunter Valley and says his move involves a return to local government employment as he takes up the newly-created position of Manager for Parks and Urban Services.
