A recent announcement by the NSW Police Citizens Youth Club (PCYC) that they are commencing a preliminary study to look at the feasibility of setting up a PCYC in Coonamble should not be taken as a commitment, according to the project consultant Jenny Rand.
Ms Rand is collecting information on the demographic profile of the area, existing services such as sport, recreation and cultural activities available for young people and identifying gaps in supply.
