New arrival Jemma Powell is the freshest face joining the family services team at Interrelate's Coonamble office.
With a background in psychology and preschool teaching, the former Sydneysider said she is keen to help pre-adults work through their mental challenges.
Each cohort has its own hurdles, but Jemma said she loves working with preschool-aged children the most.
