Last Sunday 9 August was supposed to be the first round of the ladies singles but due to showers it was postponed to Friday and Saturday.
The Ladies Singles games were the first to 25 shots.
On a bitterly cold Friday with the wind blowing from the Southeast and the green running at 17 seconds Karen Churchill and Shannon Tandy played round 2 early.
Karen Churchill, being a new bowler, got in and had a go against a seasoned bowler.
